Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible to monitor and manage the operation of signalized intersections in Dubai, including conducting site visits, making recommendations on changes to the signalized intersections to maximize efficiency, and assessing the viability of the implemented improvements .
