Our client, a Beauty and Wellness Medical Center based in Dubai, is currently looking for an HR Manager. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Looking after the HR operations of the company
- Contribute to the strategic and operational goals of the organization through a fully integrated and effective human resource service, policies, programs, statutory compliance, and HR Operations for the company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives
- Partnership on a wide variety of human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function
- Contributing to the management of change and the provision of business focus solutions in a fast-moving environment
- Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business
- Budgets relating to the Human Resource function- Preparation, monitoring and control
- Identifying and implementing various HR initiatives for improving efficiency and achieving organizational and HR Objectives
- Building a performance culture that confirms to the organizational values
- Dimensions - Managing all employee related issues from Manpower planning, life cycle processes and exit for a manpower Strength about 600 employees.
- The Human Resources Manager leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and continuous development of a superior workforce.
- The Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises department heads about Human Resources issues.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:
- MBA/PGDBM in Human Resources
- 15+ years of Experience of which 5+ years should be in a leadership role
- Preferably with experience in Healthcare Industry
- Sound knowledge with PMS (Personal Management System), and LandD
- Sound knowledge with visa/labor card/insurance/UAE Health license
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
- Knowledge and skills to provide direction for all HR functions
- With good spoken and written English and Arabic communication skills
- Willing to be located in Dubai
