Classroom Teacher

Develop curriculum to meet developmental goals andinstructional activities
• Prepare lessonmaterials, grade papers, manage the classroom, and evaluate andgive feedback to students
• Exercise open andrespectful communication with families, co-workers, supervisors,and other school staff
• Measure progress andaccomplishments of students towards their academic achievements ona regular basis and provide progress reports as required
• Create and keep records on attendance, accidents,incidents, and other noteworthy events in accordance with licensingguidelines and program policies
• Attendconferences and workshops in order to further advance professionaldevelopment
• Manage student behavior inaccordance with outlined guidelines
• Provide asafe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in theclassroom and on the school campus
