Job Description
- Monitoring service performance against targets and deliverables for all contracts.
- Ensure delivery of monthly reports to VTS clients on the service delivery and SLA commitments.
- Conduct business review and planning sessions with VTS clients.
- Produce and review key performance indicators (KPI) of cyber security performance and distribute metrics to drive transformation or cyber hygiene improvements for VTS clients.
- Maintain awareness of the changing security landscape within VTS clients.
- Propose, plan, and oversee execution of service improvement initiatives for VTS clients.
- Identification of new opportunities within VTS client accounts, collaborate on VTS opportunity development.
- Mentor security engineers and analysts to create an environment which fosters learning and development through hands on delivery of outcomes for Vector and other VTS clients
