Ø Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc. Ø To sell the company’s products/services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects. Ø To research different sales options and analyzing them. Ø Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. Ø Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers. Ø Help management in forthcoming products and discuss special promotions. Ø Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets. Ø Record sales and report the same to the sales department. Ø To recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients. Ø To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits. Ø To closely study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements. Ø To analyze the competition brand closely. Ø To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.
