Close working with MCC to ensure that the provision of EC3 transportation-related information is in line with policy and procedure and EC3 Service Level Agreements with agencies. Maintain up to date information on both short-term and long-term event plans Advise the Event Monitoring and Communications team on the need to relay event information to the public Establish clear procedures for disseminating information to the public through media and other means in times of emergencies and crises. Through MCC, coordinate with media entities and ensure cooperation between existing Media Relations and the planning committee. Ensure a long-term vision and program schedule are in place for events information. Agree on templates, including text and graphics, as well as radio templates for public information notices. Periodically reviews policies, procedures, and standards for EC3 public information management. Carries out activities set by the EC3 Section Manager to manage and implement EC3 programs and projects Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
