Traveling Project Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Supervise on-site contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
• Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure that the work is proceeding on schedule and meeting the specified standards.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the project in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are strictly adhered to on the construction site.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the progress and quality of the project.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Superintendent.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in the multifamily, hospitality, and senior living sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Must have wood frame experience
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
