Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead with 10 years of experience to lead the technical development and delivery of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role will focus on development leadership custom components integrations plug-ins workflows and ensuring the quality and scalability of technical implementations.

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead with 10 years of experience to lead the technical development and delivery of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role will focus on development leadership custom components integrations plug-ins workflows and ensuring the quality and scalability of technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for the design and development of custom CRM components and extensions.
- Develop and oversee plug-ins workflows custom business logic and automation within Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement Power Platform integrations with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Guide development teams on coding standards solution architecture performance security and best practices.
- Review technical designs code and implementations to ensure quality maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with functional leads and solution architects to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Support technical troubleshooting performance optimisation deployment and release activities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Power Platform capabilities to enhance CRM functionality and automation.
- 10 years of experience in CRM/Dynamics 365 technical development with strong technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Proven experience developing plug-ins workflows custom components and CRM extensions.
- Strong experience with Power Platform integrations and enterprise system integration.
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 development frameworks APIs customisation security and solution management.
- Experience leading technical development teams and conducting technical design/code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical design and development of custom CRM components.
- Dynamics 365 plug-ins workflows and custom business logic.
- Power Platform and enterprise-system integrations.
- Technical documentation code reviews and development standards.
- Technical leadership troubleshooting and implementation support.
