TECHNICAL LEAD

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design development and delivery of enterprise digital solutions. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams ensure solution quality and work closely with business stakeholders architects and project managers to deliver scalable

secure and high-performing applications.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for technical governance solution design code quality development standards and mentoring developers throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design development and implementation of enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to architecture coding security and quality standards.
• Review solution designs code and technical deliverables to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Design and oversee integrations with APIs databases cloud platforms and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts Architects Project Managers and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies sprint planning estimation and technical task management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance during development testing deployment and production support.
• Ensure application performance scalability security reliability and operational readiness.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines source control automated testing and release management.
• Mentor and coach developers promote knowledge sharing and foster engineering excellence.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and implementation guides.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
• 8 years of software development experience including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with modern application development frameworks and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with C# .NET Core / Core or .
• Hands-on experience with HTML CSS JavaScript (ES6) React and Redux.
• Experience with REST API design and integration SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services Azure Web Apps Git and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing microservices and enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices design patterns and secure coding principles.
• Knowledge of CI/CD automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Experience with TypeScript automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress and cloud-native architectures.
• Microsoft Azure certifications or equivalent cloud certifications.
