Technical Engineer (Architectural Background)

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

- 6–7 years of experience with main contractors.

- Experience in UAE or GCC projects.

- Good experience in shop drawing review coordination and providing technical comments.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials specifications and building systems.

- Familiarity with UAE regulations and project requirements.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in high-rise and residential building projects is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and provide technical comments on shop drawings.

- Coordinate material submittals and technical documents.

- Provide technical support to site and procurement teams.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved requirements.

- Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
