Role Description

This is a fulltime position for a Talent Acquisition Director. As a Talent Acquisition Director you will be responsible for building managing and retaining a highlyskilled workforce to meet the business goals and objectives of our clients. You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle from strategising to sourcing to candidate selection to retention. You will also be accountable for streamlining our recruitment process to be more effective and efficient while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  
• 15years of experience in talent acquisition
  
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
  
• Expertise in attracting and retaining top talent for executive and skilled positions
  
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong leadership organizational and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams at all levels of the organization
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment multitask and meet strict deadlines
  
• Knowledge of relevant HR policies and regulations
  
• PHR SPHR or SHRMCP certification is a plus
