- Lead, plan, organise, manage and supervise the activities and work program of the unit with
appropriate delegation of day-to-day activities and ensuring the team is high-performing, well
motivated and committed to the success of the Bank.
- Manage the delivery of transaction development, origination to completion for high-value target
clients within the infrastructure business segment.
- Drive the development of diversified pipeline of transactions and lending programme for the target
client and across the focused-industry value-chain ecosystem.
-Drive development of bankable pipeline of public private partnership projects.
-Responsible for effective management of the Banks Corporate Banking relationships for clients within
infrastructure business segments.
-Provides advisory services and supporting debt capital raising activities of strategic clients i.e.
Corporate & Project Finance.
-Ensuring excellent service delivery, achieving optimal product cross-sell in line with the Banks overall
corporate objective.
-Ensuring optimal risk-return on risk assets availed to target clients.
-Talent management and development (i.e. participate in hiring and retaining the desired quality of staff by creating a desirable high performance work environment and inspiring leadership).
-On-boarding of new clients in line with the defined target market criteria.
-Participate in credit analysis and providing recommendations on credit structure/lending considerations to Executive Management at Management Credit Committee on all transactions/credit requests relating to Infrastructure business segment.
