Stretch Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assisted stretching and mobility sessions for clients.
• Understand client goals and provide suitable stretching routines.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards during every session.
• Monitor client comfort, flexibility, and progress.
• Maintain accurate client session notes and records.
• Build a positive relationship with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
• Recommend suitable packages, additional sessions, and service upgrades.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in stretching, fitness, physiotherapy, sports therapy, massage, or wellness is an advantage.
• Freshers with relevant fitness/wellness knowledge may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with clients of different ages and fitness levels.
• Willingness to learn and follow company training and SOPs.
