Strategic Sales Specialist – Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising | Dubai

Sky Blue Group sells some of the most-seen advertising space in Dubai: bus shelters full bus wraps in-bus screens and seat-back panels with QR engagement. Were looking for a Strategic Sales Specialist to win and grow our most valuable accounts. That means working directly with brand marketing teams and media agencies to build campaigns that put their message where the city actually looks.

What youll do

Win and grow key accounts. Find pursue and close high-value deals with major brands and media agencies and turn first campaigns into long-term partnerships.
Sell solutions not spaces. Understand each clients audience goals and budget. Then design multi-format OOH plans built around routes locations formats and timing that deliver real results.
Build winning proposals. Create sharp data-backed pitch decks and rate proposals and present them confidently to senior decision-makers.
Own your pipeline and revenue. Forecast accurately manage your deals in our CRM and consistently deliver against quarterly and annual targets.
Be our eyes on the market. Track competitors pricing agency movements and new advertisers so we spot opportunities first.
Partner across the business. Work with operations and creative teams to make sure every campaign goes live on time and as promised.

What you bring

15 years of B2B sales experience ideally in OOH media advertising or a media agency.
A proven record of closing large deals and hitting revenue targets with numbers to show for it.
Existing relationships with brands and media agencies in the UAE are a strong advantage.
Strong consultative selling negotiation and presentation skills. Youre as comfortable in a CMO meeting as on a site visit.
Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
Confident with CRM tools PowerPoint and Excel.
A valid UAE driving licence is a must. Youll be meeting clients and visiting sites across Dubai.
