Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading luxury home furnishings brand seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of its flagship showroom in Dubai. Our client is an internationally recognized premium brand known for its bespoke luxury carpets and home furnishing solutions catering to prestigious hospitality commercial and high-end residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing standalone luxury or premium retail stores for well-established renowned brands with expertise in driving sales performance delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong client relationships. The individual should possess strong leadership and commercial acumen ensuring seamless store operations effective team management and alignment with the brands luxury positioning and business objectives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail operations role. - Strong experience in luxury retail premium brands or high-end consumer products. - Demonstrated ability to manage store operations sales targets and team performance. - Experience managing high-value clientele and delivering personalized customer service. - Strong commercial acumen leadership and communication skills. - Experience overseeing single or multiple stores will be an advantage.
