Service Engineer ( Laptop repair )

Job Description

Our client is one of UAE’s largest and most respected business conglomerates. It comprises of several operating companies in sectors like Real Estate, Information Technology, Retail, Financial services, Consumer Products etc. Job Role: Responsible for repairs of Laptops and delivery KPI’s as specified by the brands like HP, ASUS, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung etc. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities: 1 Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops. 2 Should achieve the daily productivity targets. 3 Should deliver as per KPI of brands (TAT, Repeat Repair, Parts consumption) and achieve the daily targets. 4 Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries. 5 Update brand systems daily. 6 Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
