Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and market gaps in the region
Understand and articulate complex software capabilities
Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of account requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, the value of solutions, the value of implementation expertise)
Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client
Analyze client needs, identify key decision makers, and develop tailored sales strategies
Network with potential clients in the Middle East through social media, trade shows, conferences, etc
Accurately forecast sales prospects according to product, customizations required, timeline, and value
Act as a liaison between the client and the implementation team
Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Conduct high-level negotiations with others to achieve desired results and meet our client s needs.
Formulate & own sales pipeline and deliver revenue by meeting the targets for profit and growth
Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure the most effective promotion and distribution of the company s products.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legal tech industry
Competencies Required:
5-7 years of enterprise software sales experience
Prior CLM and/or legal tech solution sales experience (highly preferable)
Proficiency in the Arabic Language is preferable
Should be well-versed in the cultural nuances of the Middle East
Extensive experience working with Middle East Clients
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
