ملخص الوظيفة
Lead Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) activities across construction projects developing and implementing Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) to support safe efficient and sequenced project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CWPs/IWPs covering engineering deliverables materials resources constraints HSE and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering Supply Chain Planning Document Control and Construction teams to ensure package data is complete and accurate.
- Analyse design documents and establish work scope execution sequence and construction priorities.
- Manage CWP/IWP lifecycle change control document ties and release-for-construction processes.
- Maintain package backlog and monitor IFC drawings material availability and constraints.
- Align work packages with the Path of Construction and project L4 schedules.
- Lead IWP scoping sessions identify and clear constraints and coordinate implementation with subcontractors/fabricators.
- Link IWPs with ITRs BOQs and progress reporting for execution and invoicing.
- Monitor construction progress against IWPs and provide regular package status reports.
- Lead guide and mentor AWP Engineers and support effective AWP implementation across the project.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years construction project experience.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on AWP/Workface Planning implementation in Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven experience developing and implementing CWPs/IWPs.
- Familiarity with AWP software workface planning tools and construction planning processes.
- Strong understanding of Engineering Procurement Planning and Construction interfaces.
- Experience working with EPC contractors subcontractors and fabricators.
- Strong coordination leadership analytical and communication skills.
- References demonstrating relevant AWP/construction project experience preferred.
