Senior Contracts and Procurement Specialist

Project Name: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION PHASE of PublicSchool Buildings and Health Facilities Selected for Retrofitting and Strengthening/Upgrading Project (World Bank Funded Project)

Location: Metro Manila Philippines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

Licensed Civil Engineer or Civil Engineer with an equivalent license/ proof issued by the official issuing agency of their country or related field

Preferably with Masters and Doctoral (PhD) degree in related field

With relevant trainings and seminars in the respective field of expertise or position

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional work experience

Preferably with ten (10) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to procurement / contracts specialist in infrastructure projects.

Willing to be relocate in the Philippines (Project base)
