- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to make informed decisions and improvements in procurement processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and budget proposals to senior management.
