Bachelor of Architecture

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 38 years experience

SKILLS

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to use Architectural related software such as Revit

Time management skills

Ability to create and develop design details

Good written and spoken English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist project teams to develop design concepts for projects.

Assist in the development of architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for authority submissions tender and construction.

Administration

Coordinate the project team train and supervise outsourced staff in Companys Design BIM drawing guidelines.

Ensure adherence to Companys Design BIM Standards and project filing.

Project Setup

Review and summarise all statutory requirements in regards to local authority submissions.

Prepare a list of documents to form the design documentation and working drawings package.

Design

Prepare sketch designs including perspectives.

Assist in the coordination of regular internal design reviews and client reviews.

Assist in the preparation of drawing documentation.

Assist in the presentation of the design concept to the client.

Coordinate with the subconsultants.

Coordinate with the project team to prepare tender and construction documentation including details and specification.

Tender and Construction

Coordinate with the project team to develop details and cross check with other relevant documents for construction purposes.

Issue information to the contractors in regards to RFI additional details site instructions and variations

QHSE

To comply with all QHSE Policy objectives and procedures established in the Companys Design

Integrated Management System and suggest improvements where required.

Report all accidents incident near misses no matter how minor to the QHSE Manager and/or to HR.
