1. Develop HR recruitment plan and system according to the company's overall strategy to meet the staffing needs of the department
2. Responsible for the implementation of recruitment, monitoring the recruitment process, and evaluating the recruitment effect
3. Responsible for the maintenance and evaluation of various recruitment channels;sourceing CVs and do the first round interview shortliest candidates;
4. Responsible for revising and improving recruitment management system and working process
5. Responsible for the recruitment of all positions(blue color & white color), with certain strategic vision, able to build a long-term recruitment talent pool according to the company's existing talent echelon;
1. Confirm recruitment needs, participate in the formulation of annual recruitment plan and organize its implementation
2. Organize and implement recruitment and participate in the maintenance of recruitment tools to ensure the quality of recruitment
3. Analyzed the effect of recruitment regularly and put forward improvement plans
4. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company's recruitment channels to ensure the effective achievement of recruitment satisfaction rate
