Seafreight Systems And Process Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering day to day process support for operations and management of the Sea Freight production systems in cooperation with the regional team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES •

Oversee the delivery of user trainings such as system enhancement, sea freight forwarding, process optimization, etc..

• Ensure operational data quality by analysing, reviewing and creating action plans together with the Sea Freight Manager

• To drive process optimization and support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality of operational processes and systems •

To oversee the testing and implementation of new releases in cooperation with the Regional Team

• Act as the interface between IT and the business by defining and communicating system requirements in cooperation with Regional Team YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a similar discipline •

Minimum years experience in Seafreight Business

• IT/System knowledge to master sea processes and related systems •

Strong leadership and project management skills with an ability to manage both people and process/system performance •
