The Role
Are you a proven Sales Director or Senior Manager within the Real Estate industry in Dubai and keen on a new challenge with an exciting and awardwinning agency If so we are currently looking for a Sales Director to join our clients a rapidly expanding and awardwinning agency in Dubai. They have a fantastic reputation and have enjoyed a successful year with multiple office expansions and significant growth in all areas of the business. Due to this they are looking for a proven Sales Director to help train coach and expand the Sales Team. The successful Sales Director will be offered:AED basic 100000 AED on target earnings Working Visa Medical insurance Monthly awards and incentives Close team environment and teambuilding activities A modern and welldesigned office with an inhouse barista! As a Sales Director your role will involve the following: Managing and Training the Sales Team Support and assist agents in negotiating and closing deals. Achieve sales revenue targets. Identify and implement processes in order to help the division grow. Conduct team and individual meetings Managing KPIs for Team Reporting performance to the CEO

Requirements
To be considered for the Sales Director role you must have the following: Minimum 5 years of experience within the Dubai real estate market Minimum 3 years Management experience Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Strong leadership skills Ability to train and coach staff Driving licence
