Sales Development Representative

Zentid is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Dubai to build our sales pipeline across the UAE.

Zentid is a field operating system for service companies that send technicians to client sites: HVAC, facility management, cleaning, pest control and equipment maintenance. Today, 500+ users across 50+ service companies manage 1,100+ technicians on Zentid.

Your job is to start conversations with these companies and book qualified demos for our team.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound leads from our WhatsApp and Meta ad campaigns, qualify them and book demos
• Run outbound to service companies in the UAE through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email
• Have first conversations with owners, operations managers and accounts managers about how they run their field work today
• Keep every lead, conversation and next step updated in our CRM
• Work with the founders on messaging and share what you hear from customers

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in B2B sales is preferred, ideally SaaS, inside sales or lead generation in the UAE. If you have less experience but are energetic, comfortable talking to business owners and keen to learn, we still want to hear from you
• Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with business owners
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Organised with follow ups and CRM updates
• Experience selling to facility management, HVAC, cleaning or maintenance companies is a strong plus
