Sales Admin Coordinator

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support including data entry paperwork filing and recording of sales/purchases.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain cost information.
• Maintain consumables stock and equipment checks.
• Attend to phone calls emails and walkin inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and assist in product promotions and events.
• Manage stock levels place orders and ensure business development operations.
• Update management on business performance and market trends.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyze information.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer service.
• Maintain a safe and professional work area.
