Role Summary
We are hiring a qualified Safety Officer for Dubai location to ensure workplace safety compliance implement HSE standards conduct inspections and maintain a safe working environment across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and UAE safety regulations
- Coordinate emergency response procedures
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HSE standards and workplace safety regulations
- Safety audit and inspection experience
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Team coordination and training abilities
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Safety Officer
- GCC experience preferred
Education
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Safety Engineering or related field
