Restaurant Manager

Our client is a unique restaurant located in Abu Dhabi and hiring experienced Restaurant Manager.

What will you do

• Set an example in terms of service products and guidance of the team that reflects the concept
• Coordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service
• Manage and oversee the handling of guests recommendation of food and beverage items taking orders and processing and presentation of guest bills
• Identify problems and find effective solutions quickly.
  
• Communicate any comments complaints and suggestions relating to the operation to the Owners
• Ensure the proper handling of all equipment as well as its cleanliness and state of maintenance
• Utilize the guest feedback to improve service standards and create and maintain a guest history file
• Ensure that all bills have been closed off at the end of the day and ensure each cashup is complete
• Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the restaurant team
  
• Train and develop all employees
  
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with local health codes
  

What are we looking for

• A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
• Prior experience in upscale casual dining concepts in UAE is a MUST
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to lead big groups of people
