الوصف الوظيفي
As a Residential Valuer you will be conducting property inspections on projects and provide accurate inspections notes and valuation reports.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Maintain standard accuracy and quality is followed when producing outputs
- Prepare location and property description in the valuation reports
- Ensure reports recommendations and inspections comply with RICS guidelines
- Create written reports to present findings along with recommendation of Market Value
- Stay abreast of the residential market trends prices and rates
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience as real estate valuation
- Proficient in MS office and other relevant software such as ValuePro
- Valid driving license is a must
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
