An exciting opportunity awaits you in Premier Inn and be a part of the best British brand in the Middle East
We are Looking to bring onboard an experienced recruiter for the team on a temporary contract period of 4 months.
Please note that only applicants who are allowed to work on their own visa will be considered as this is a short term opportunity.
This role will suit someone who loves people and organizing and who can pick up new systems and processes very quickly and act and builds great relationships.
- Screening Resumes for Roles and managing the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho)
- Posting job advert
- Talking with candidates on the phone about potential hiring opportunities
- Booking interviews with Managers
- Sending Contracts
- Organizing all onboarding requirements
- Updating reports
Requirements
Extremely organized
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Enthusiastic and ability to work in fastpaced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Experience with Onboarding Procedures
Can start immediately
Ideally candidate will be currently based in Dubai
Own transportation to and from work
Experience:
- Experience in Recruitment and Onboarding
- Experience in posting job advert on social media company website and HR platform
