Recruiting Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for highly organized, motivated and confident Recruiters who can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate records and working closely with Operations to meet recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously

 Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases and recruitment platforms

 Conduct telephone interviews and team screenings

 Arrange and coordinate interviews

 Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

 Manage candidate documentation and ensure information is accurate

 Maintain candidate records using CRM/recruitment systems

 Update recruitment trackers and reports using

 Microsoft Excel Work closely with Operations to meet recruitment requirements

 Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets

 Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and outstanding actions

What Were Looking For :

 Previous recruitment/resourcing experience preferred

 Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills

 Strong communication and telephone skills

 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

 Experience with CRM/recruitment systems

 Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Proactive, reliable and target-driven

 Ability to manage a high volume of candidates without compromising quality
