Your expertise

• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience working with Argus Enterprise desirable
• University degree – major in finance, commerce or economics desirable
• Ideally +7 years of relevant experience in real estate investment management.
• A strong understanding of the Australian real estate investment market, the real estate development process and conventions is desirable. Development management experience desirable
• Established network of Australian real estate market contacts
• Experience working within a comprehensive risk and compliance framework
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong numerical and financial modelling skills
