Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
Identify and source potential suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate and secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Continuously improve purchasing processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
Research, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at the most competitive prices.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to avoid shortages or excesses.
