Project Manager

Spatial Composite Solutions based in UAE is one of the leading manufacturers of cabin crew training equipment for the Civil Aviation Industry building a variety of training devices for the world’s leading airlines.

Due to continuing success, we are now looking for aProject Manager who is keen to learn about the Industry and grow with the company as we expand our horizons reaching new clients globally.

The role suits a creative and organized individual who thrives on hands-on approach to projects, working to tight deadlines and has an interest in other fields such as electrics, mechanics and plumbing.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to :

• Responsible for planning and managing all phases of the project to ensure they are completed within the time, budget and quality specified.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third parties / vendors to ensure tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
• Monitoring projects operational progress, noting any timeline deviations and proactively helping to reconcile them in a timely fashion.
• Identify and assess external resources required to ensure project is delivered on time.
• Provide the client with progress report on the status of project.
• Manage the client’s requirement and seek clarifications for any technical details.
• Carry out factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test directly with the client and resolve any issues identified.
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Organizing the various people working on the project
