PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning execution governance and successful delivery of digital transformation and technology initiatives. The role is responsible for managing scope schedule budget resources risks quality and stakeholder expectations while ensuring delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Manage project scope issues risks assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate business technical vendor and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committees governance forums and project reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and delivery methodologies.
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage vendor performance contracts and third-party deliverables.
• Oversee quality assurance testing readiness deployment and business acceptance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status risks financials and outcomes.
• Support organizational change communications and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Business IT Engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years of project management experience delivering technology programs.
• Strong experience managing budgets schedules resources and governance.
• Experience with Agile Scrum Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Project Azure DevOps Jira and collaboration platforms.
• Strong risk issue dependency and financial management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud application development data and integration projects.
• PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner Agile certifications or equivalent.
