Team:
At TikTok our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions onboarding new clients driving ad campaigns and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

As a PMO you will take ownership of supporting senior executives with daily business tasks and communications. This is the role for you if you are passionate about crossfunctional project management and organizing important information. You will be expected to work with minimal guidance take action on urgent priorities and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

• Serve as liaison between our GBS METAP Executive Leadership the team and cross functional stakeholders regarding company projects planning and meetings
• Manage and coordinate complex global meetings and events with consideration for multiple time zones
• Supporting creation of team meeting decks and coordinating monthly/quarterly business reviews (if needed)
• Assist and communicate with executives in decisionmaking program management and initiative implementation
• Support GBS METAP Executive Leadership with procurement management and invoicing; coordinate executive travel and supporting expense management
• Anticipate needs provide highlevel executive administrative support and proactively project manage tasks
• Organise GBS METAP offsites social events.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting senior leadership teams ideally in a global remit
• As this role covers multiple locations experience working in a global company with a cross cultural collaborative background is essential
• This role will be responsible for presenting information in a digestible way so excellent communication skills in written and verbal are essential.
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment in a highly organized and detail oriented manner with a proactive workstyle.
• You need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with a solution oriented and motivated mindset
• You need to have experience of dealing with and supporting multiple senior stakeholders
