Project Controls Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced Project Controls Manager for a leading contracting and construction company. The role will be responsible for project planning cost control progress monitoring risk management and management reporting across large-scale high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules budgets and control systems.
- Establish project baselines and regularly track actual progress against planned targets.
- Identify schedule delays cost variations risks and potential project bottlenecks.
- Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor project costs cash flow resource requirements and overall performance.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
- Coordinate closely with project site procurement commercial and finance teams.
- Support management with reliable project data forecasts and performance analysis.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline budget and quality requirements.

- B.E./ in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within the construction industry.
- Strong experience with contracting companies and large-scale high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of scheduling cost control forecasting risk management and progress reporting.
- Strong analytical coordination communication and reporting skills.
