Exciting Opportunity for a Product Manager

IMPORTANT! For this position we are looking for candidates who are suitable to work in Istanbul for the first 6 months and then move to Dubai.

IMPORTANT! This position is open to a maximum of 10 years of work experience.

Product Manager is responsible for the technology strategy and innovation initiatives for a dynamic startup developing products for the energy sector. They oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions to increase business growth and competitive advantage.

Key Qualifications:

• 7 years of Product Management experience
• Experience in a remote work environment
• B2B SaaS experience
• Startup or 0 to 1 product experience
• Comfortable with operating in a fastpaced environment
• Selfmotivated ability to work independently
• Clear and concise communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Interact with users to deeply understand their needs and gather valuable feedback
• Collaborate with founders to align with the business needs and longterm strategy
• Lead the design and specification of product features and enhancements
• Work closely with engineers ensuring the technical feasibility and timely development of products
• Collaborate with designers to create a userfriendly and visually appealing product
• Engage with data analysts and data scientists to make datadriven decisions and improvements
• Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure the product roadmap is executed efficiently
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities
• Define clear goals metrics and key performance indicators to measure product success
• Continuously monitor the products performance and gather insights for enhancements
• Build and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships within the organization
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Understand the competition products and strategies.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and the broader team.
