Accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills, preferably QuickBooks.
• Must have a strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with audit, SaaS, cost accounting, and cash management.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to work closely with a senior management team.
