Experience in user research and product management fields
-Experience generating research plans, defining and tracking user experience metrics, coordinating work on multiple products/releases and managing the work of additional resources
-Experience with a broad range of research methodologies
-Ability to write surveys and discussion guides in order to elicit insights to improve customer experience
-Ability to draw from data analytics to uncover behavioural insights and inform design decisions
-Experience in website and mobile apps analytics tools (Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Omniture etc.)
-Must be proactive, collaborative, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
-Product management experience
-Advanced Standard Query Language (SQL) skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Market Research - Utilize data analysis to research market trends. Their main contribution to a company is to correctly estimate the costs of developing and marketing a product, as well as potential sales and profit.
-Create reports about the performance of a given product, and suggest possible improvements.
-User Research - Assist with study preparation (recruiting participants, study planning, survey coding, etc.)
-Collaborate with digital product owners and designers to determine their needs, make appropriate recommendations and craft research plans that align with brand and product strategy
-Create written and visual reports (including creating graphs, highlight videos, slide decks etc.)
-Monitor products performance across different markets, and prepare detailed reports
