Plastic Surgeon

• Perform consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals medical history and expectations for surgical outcomes.
  
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs and desires considering factors such as skin type anatomy and overall health.
  
• Perform a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures including but not limited to breast augmentation rhinoplasty liposuction facelifts and tummy tucks.
  
• Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and complications.
  
• Educate patients about the procedures including potential risks benefits and recovery process to ensure informed decisionmaking.
  
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care including conducting thorough examinations monitoring patients progress and addressing any concerns or complications.
  
• Collaborate with other medical professionals such as anesthesiologists nurses and dermatologists to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment coordination.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records including patient information treatment plans surgical notes and postoperative followup.
  
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of plastic surgery through continuous education training and participation in conferences and workshops.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
  
• Valid license to practice medicine in Kuwait is a plus.
  
• Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon with a strong track record of successful surgeries and satisfied patients.
  
• Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care and safety.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
  
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
  
• Willingness to adhere to our institutions policies protocols and code of conduct.
