Permit Expeditor

Responsibilities include:

• Complete permit applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Act as the primary interface with Municipal Agencies, representing our firm and advocating for timely approvals.
• Coordinate closely with our Engineering, Architecture, and Construction teams to gather necessary documentation and information for permit submissions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes to facilitate smooth project progression.
• Handle any permit-related inquiries, issues, or revisions promptly and professionally, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
