• As the inroom dining assistant your duties would include taking VIP guest orders communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery to their rooms.
  
• You will answer all incoming calls with courteous and efficient telephone etiquette gathering all necessary information to process the guest s order according to VIP standards.
  
• You should be able to describe the food and beverage menu items to guests providing vivid descriptions of each item s origin taste and preparation methods.
  
• You must be able to anticipate guest needs ascertain their satisfaction offer suggestions and respond promptly to their concerns and requests. Its also your responsibility to coordinate amenity deliveries by ensuring that all requests are received filed ordered from the kitchen and delivered promptly and accurately.
  

Requirements

• Only Female candidates (Due to diversity)
  
• Experience in F&B
  
• English and Russian are Required. Turkish is a Plus.
  
• Intermediatelevel computer skills are required specifically in MS Office
  
• Ability to communicate via email and WhatsApp at a professional level
  
• Excellent communication skills are a must with the ability to communicate professionally via email and WhatsApp.
