An organized and experienced Operations Manager with a background in swimming pool construction and landscape design-build
What Youll Do:
- Manage daily operations including project planning and scheduling
- Lead and guide project managers supervisors and technicians
- Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
- Coordinate with clients vendors and subcontractors
- Suggest improvements and help with financial decisions
- Track project progress and report using KPIs and other tools
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years experience in swimming pool construction landscaping or similar fields
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of swimming pool and landscape design
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in construction management landscape architecture or related field is a plus
