- Proficiency in managing a diverse workforce comprising over 80 employees across various work sites
- Responsible for providing comprehensive reports to the office, including employee performance, attendance, and overall representation
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Engagement in a hybrid work model, involving travel between offices to oversee staff management within the company
- Demonstrated pleasant attitude and a proactive work ethic
- Strong communication skills in English
- Expertise in documentation processes
