Stanford Nursery is looking for an experienced, confident, and highly organized **Nursery Manager** to lead branch operations and ensure the highest standards of care, education, safety, and parent experience.
We are seeking a strong leader with proven experience in nursery or school management within the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a clear understanding of early years operations and regulatory requirements.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall daily operations of the nursery branch
* Lead, supervise, and support teachers and staff to maintain high performance standards
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment for children
* Maintain compliance with nursery policies and relevant UAE regulatory requirements
* Build strong and professional relationships with parents
* Oversee admissions, enrollments, and branch administration
* Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily operational standards
* Support curriculum implementation and educational activities
* Prepare operational reports and coordinate closely with management
* Maintain high standards of **care, hygiene, safety, and education**
### Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in **Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field**
* Minimum **3–5 years of nursery or school management experience in the UAE**
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
* Professional approach when dealing with parents, employees, and senior management
* Good knowledge of UAE nursery regulations and operational procedures
* **Fluent English is required**
* Arabic is an advantage
* Immediate availability is preferred
* Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to **Abu Dhabi**
