Develop manage and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
Coordinate MEP designs with architectural structural and civil disciplines.
Ensure clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
Work closely with project managers engineers and contractors to facilitate smooth BIM integration.
Maintain BIM standards templates and workflows for MEP systems.
Generate shop drawings as-built models and detailed MEP documentation.
Conduct BIM model audits quality checks and compliance reviews.
Assist in training and mentoring junior BIM team members.
Stay updated on BIM advancements industry best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
Expertise in Revit MEP AutoCAD Navisworks and BIM 360.
Strong knowledge of clash detection MEP coordination and construction documentation.
Familiarity with MEP codes standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
