MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN

Purpose of the Role:

• Support infrastructure projects by creating accurate mechanical drawings and designs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed mechanical drawings for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Revise and update mechanical drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on mechanical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with other draftsmen and project team members as necessary.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing files for reference.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Experience in mechanical drafting for infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and meet project deadlines
