Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is expanding its team in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for skilled and experienced Mechanical BIM Modelers to join our growing team and contribute to MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and construction projects.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical BIM Modeler with strong knowledge of Revit MEP, HVAC systems, mechanical services, and BIM coordination. The ideal candidate should have relevant UAE project experience and be capable of developing accurate 3D models and coordinated shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, and mechanical services models.
• Produce mechanical shop drawings, sections, elevations, and coordinated layouts.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other MEP services and architectural and structural elements.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, BIM coordination, and project teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Update BIM models according to approved drawings, design revisions, and project specifications.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with UAE project requirements and consultant standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, and mechanical services.
• Experience in MEP coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing preparation.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret mechanical design drawings, specifications, and consultant comments.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates with consultant and contracting project experience are preferred.
