Marketing Manager

Job description:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and social media marketing
  
• Strong grasp of SEO growth strategies with proven optimisation experience
  
• Design, strategise, post and build social media presence - including social listening and community management
  
• Ability to strategise and execute conversion-driven campaigns, and offers.
  
• Measure and report on social media and website performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  
• Identify trends and insights, keywords that can be targeted to increase website traffic
  
• Plan, execute, and measure conversion strategies/tests
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience and website performance
  
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates and drive website on-site performance optimisation
  
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints to optimise the buyers journey, marketing funnel and marketing messages at each touchpoint.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  

Requirements

• Proven working experience in digital marketing
  
• Demonstrable experience in SEO and SMM
  
• Basic design knowledge and creativity
  
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools
  
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
  
• Experience with creative copywriting and campaign management
